Dom set up Resource Productions in 1999 aged just 21. Since then she has built up her video production and training social enterprise from scratch, received a British Empire Medal for her service to young people, community groups and the Arts, secured contracts from BFI, Bafta, Channel 4 and Pinewood Studios and continues to champion diversity and social change within the sector and beyond.
